How A Doctor Cured Her Terminal Illness Using Food Alone

Before and after photos of Dr. Terry Wahls:

In 2003 Terry Wahls, M.D., was diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and soon became dependent upon a tilt-recline wheelchair. After developing and using the Wahls Protocol, she is now able to walk through the hospital and commute to work by bicycle. She now uses intensive directed nutrition in her primary care and traumatic brain injury clinics. Dr. Wahls is the lead scientist in a clinical trial testing her protocol in others with progressive MS.

In this inspiring presentation you'll discover:

- The foods she ate on a daily basis to cure her terminal illness (MS)
- What specific foods improve brian health and eye health
- The importance of Omega 3 fatty acids and wild fish and animal products
- Why we're deficient in iodine and why we need more sea vegetables in our diets

How long before the evergrowing tentacles of big pharma work out a way to shut Terry Wahls up? Not good for business!

It's important to note that her lifesaving diet was based on grass-fed meats, organ meats, seaweed, lots of greens (sulfur containing veges) and lots of colorful fruits/veges -dairy free and no grains. Inspiring

I have a health & wellness business and this is what I share with my clients all the time. I use the alkaline food plan. Diseases can not live in an alkaline body. Thank you for sharing! I will be forwarding this to my clients. God bless Debra

I have just started following the blood type food plan which is basically very similar and so far I see lots of differences already. My allergies are almost gone, my energy is increased and small aches and pains are disappearing. It all makes sense. You
are what you eat.

She has a lot of good points, but all of the nutrients she talks about are readily available without eating animals or animal by-products. Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids are found in abundance in hempseeds. And do you know the richest source of coenzyme
q-10? Soybeans! Also, her information about the Inuit diet is misleading. Certainly, the Inuit people have low instances of cancers and some other common ailments, but they also have the shortest life expectancy of any people on the planet, only 42.5 years!

Hello Terry - like you, I choose to teach and inspire others to change. However, the process is slow and laboured. You see people are victims of hard-sell marketing and profit is the name of the game. It seems like such an uphill battle. But we mustn't
succumb to this. If we can inspire a few, these too may inspire a few more. Let's keep going. Thankyou for inspiring me. It's clear that we need to change.

It's people like you and many others that know and understand the truth, and continue to try and educate others on how to really feed our bodies. Too many excuses and not enough love for themselves to really "Get It". Hats off to you for your inspiring
story and continuing inspiration to help others!

Soybeans are the most genically modified food on the planet. Not good for you!! Other than that fact, this is an awesome story.

There are plenty of non-GMO soybeans and soybean products available. Thanks goodness because I really cannot stomach eating meat, much less organ meats! This is wonderful and I hope that bit by bit this kind of healthful eating gets through to more and
more people. I am working on coping with the cost adjustment...I'm sure it is worth it, just have to try not to pass out when looking at the grocery bill.

To quote a brilliant man named Fred Eichorn (NCRF.org)we need to eat likes it's 1900.Natural, organic, local butcher etc...No canned,or packaged food, stay away from plastics, use glass instead. Not easy to do in today's world, but,but it is possible.

People are slowly forgetting the life we get from food and how it fuels our body - because of the fast life we live, and our priorities have shifted. We are forgetting the fundamentals of who we are - SCARY!
