I have a technical quesiton about the 'online view'

If your online view of the film is skipping or buffering you can try the following:
  • Press play and then quickly press pause (not stop) for 1-3 minutes (longer if your have a slow connection) to let the interview get ahead of itself so it plays continuously through. Notice the white bar on the bottom left corner and watch the gray band grow to the right while you are paused. This is letting the film download or get ahead of itself so it plays smoothly for you.
If showing 'video not found' or if still not working try the following:
  • Close all tabs/windows except the online view window, refresh the window and try playing the film again. If this does still not work try restarting your computer, opening the browser, logging in and try again.
General notes:
  • With older versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer there may be a communication issue between the video file and the video player causing faulty playback. This could be regardless of your internet speed.
  • To update to the latest version of Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/
  • To update to the latest version of Internet Explorer: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx
  • To update to the latest version of flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  • Our software will only let you watch the interviews on one computer at a time. If you have tried to watch on a second computer you will have to logout of the first computer and login to the second computer.
